În 14 noiembrie, respectiv 12 decembrie 2022, au avut loc a doua și a treia ședințe ordinare ale Senatului Universității Babeș-Bolyai din acest an universitar. Pe această cale, vă informăm cu privire la hotărârile importante în ceea ce privește activitatea studențească:

🔷 Aprobare modificărilor regulamentului de alegere a reprezentanților studenților în UBB
🔹În urma propunerii CSUBB regulamentul a suferit numeroase modificări;
🔹Dintre cele mai importante modificări menționăm reglementarea organizării și funcționării Birourilor Electorale și ale Comisiilor de Contestații, a procedurii de vot și a posibilității desfășurării votului în format online.
🔷 Actualizarea componenței Comisiei de Etică
🔹Dată fiind finalizarea mandatului studentului Vlad Giurgea din cadrul Facultății de Drept, căruia îi mulțumim pentru activitate, a fost votat de către CSUBB și validat de Senatul UBB mandatul studentului Eduard Budoiu din cadrul Facultății de Geografie.
🔷 Aprobare Postgraduate Program in Bio-Behavioral and Integrative Medicine
🔹Programul va avea ca scop reunirea și coordonarea activităților științifice și academice din domeniile biologie, chimie, psihologie, sociologie, informatică, public health, în cadrul UBB School of Health.

- Garfield Adrienne, Circumscripţia Domeniul Ştiinţe Economice şi Matematică-Informatică (LM);

- Hegedus Rita Diana, Circumscripţia Teologie Romano-Catolică şi Teologie Reformată şi Muzică (LM);

🔷 Au fost aprobate o serie de modificări și actualizări la Regulamentul de admitere la programe de studii de nivel licență și master în UBB și Regulamentul de organizare și desfășurare a examenului de finalizare a studiilor nivel licență și master, Metodologia privind regimul susținerii proiectelor studențești din UBB.
🔷 A fost aprobată noua componență a Comisiei de Biodiversitate și Dezvoltare Sustenabilă, respectiv a Comisiei de Evaluare și Asigurare a Calității
Alte hotărâri au vizat aprobări/validări precum cea a planului operațional al UBB pe anul universitar 2022-2023, a înființării unui Centru UBB de Resurse Academice în Sibiu, sau a diferitelor modificări de statut ale cadrelor didactice sau ale studenților, aprobare acordare titlul de Profesor Emerit, aprobarea unor noi programe de studii.

2022. november 14-én és december 12-én sor került a Babeș-Bolyai Tudományegyetem Szenátusának második és harmadik évi ülésére. Ezúton tájékoztatjuk Önöket a hallgatói tevékenységgel kapcsolatos fontos döntésekről:

🔷 A hallgatói képviselők választására vonatkozó szabályzat módosításának jóváhagyása a BBTEn
🔹 A CSUBB javaslatát követően a rendelet számos változáson ment keresztül;
🔹A legfontosabb változások között említjük a választási bizottságok és a panaszbizottságok szervezetének és működésének szabályozását, a szavazási eljárást és az online szavazás lehetőségét.
🔷 Az etikai bizottság összetételének frissítése
🔹 Tekintettel arra, hogy a jogi karról Vlad Giurgea hallgató mandátuma befejeződött, akinek köszönjük munkáját, Eduard Budoiu földrajz szakos hallgató mandátumát a CSUBB megszavazta és a BBTE Szenátusa jóváhagyta.
🔷 A Bio-Behavioral and Integrative Medicine nevű posztgraduális program jóváhagyása
🔹A program célja, hogy a biológiai, kémiai, pszichológiai, szociológiai, informatikai és közegészségügyi tudományos és akadémiai tevékenységeket összefogja és koordinálja az UBB School of Health keretein belül.

🔷 Jóváhagyták az alap- és mesterképzési szakokra való felvételről szóló szabályzatot, az alap- és mesterképzési szakok elvégzéséhez szükséges vizsgaszervezési és -lebonyolítási szabályzatot, valamint a hallgatói projektek támogatásának módszertana számos módosítását és aktualizálását.
🔷 Jóváhagyták a Biodiverzitás és Fenntartható Fejlődés Bizottság és az Értékelési és Minőségbiztosítási Bizottság új összetételét.
Más határozatok olyan jóváhagyásokról/érvényesítésekről szóltak, mint a 2022-2023-as tanévre vonatkozó működési terv, a nagyszebeni BBTE Akadémiai Erőforrásközpont létrehozása, illetve az oktatói vagy hallgatói státusz különböző változásai, az emeritus professzori cím jóváhagyása, új tanulmányi programok jóváhagyása.

Am 14. November und 12. Dezember 2022 fanden die zweite und dritte ordentliche Sitzung des Senats der Babeș-Bolyai-Universität statt. Hiermit informieren wir Sie über wichtige Entscheidungen, die die studentische Tätigkeit betreffen:

🔷 Genehmigung der Änderungen der Ordnung für die Wahl der studentischen Vertreter im UBB
🔹 Nach dem Vorschlag der CSUBB hat die Verordnung zahlreiche Änderungen erfahren;
🔹Zu den wichtigsten Änderungen gehören die Regelung der Organisation und der Arbeitsweise der Wahlvorstände und der Beschwerdeausschüsse, das Wahlverfahren und die Möglichkeit, die Wahl online durchzuführen.
🔷 Aktualisierung der Zusammensetzung der Ethik-Kommission
🔹Angesichts der Beendigung des Mandats des Studenten Vlad Giurgea von der Juristischen Fakultät, dem wir für seine Arbeit danken, wurde das Mandat des Studenten Eduard Budoiu von der Geographischen Fakultät vom CSUBB gewählt und vom Senat der UBB bestätigt.
🔷 Genehmigung des Postgraduierten-Programms für Bio-Verhaltensmedizin und Integrative Medizin
🔹Mit dem Programm sollen wissenschaftliche und akademische Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Biologie, Chemie, Psychologie, Soziologie, Informatik und öffentliche Gesundheit innerhalb der UBB School of Health zusammengeführt und koordiniert werden.

🔷 Die Mandate der neuen Senatoren und ihre Zuweisung zu den ständigen Ausschüssen des Senats sind bestätigt worden

- Hegedus Rita Diana, Wahlkreis römisch-katholische Theologie und reformierte Theologie und Musik (LM);

🔷 Eine Reihe von Änderungen und Aktualisierungen der Ordnung für die Zulassung zu den Bachelor- und Masterstudiengängen an der UBB sowie der Ordnung für die Organisation und Durchführung der Abschlussprüfung von Bachelor- und Masterstudiengängen und der Methodik für die Regelung der Unterstützung von studentischen Projekten an der UBB wurden genehmigt.
🔷 Die neue Zusammensetzung der Kommission für biologische Vielfalt und nachhaltige Entwicklung und der Kommission für Bewertung und Qualitätssicherung wurde genehmigt.
Andere Beschlüsse betrafen Genehmigungen/Bestätigungen wie den Betriebsplan der UBB für das akademische Jahr 2022-2023, die Einrichtung eines akademischen Ressourcenzentrums der UBB in Sibiu oder verschiedene Änderungen des Status von Lehrkräften oder Studierenden, die Genehmigung des Titels eines emeritierten Professors oder die Genehmigung neuer Studiengänge.

On November 14th and December 12th the second and third ordinary meetings of the BBU Senate of this academic year took place. Through this, we are informing you regarding the most important decisions tied to student activity:

🔷The approval of the changes of the BBU student representatives elections regulation
🔹At CSUBB’s proposal, the regulation has undergone numerous changes
🔹Out of the most important changes, we want to highlight the regimentation of the organization and functioning of the Electoral Bureaus/Offices and the Appeal Commissions, the voting procedure and the opportunity of online voting
🔷The update of the Ethics Commission’s component
🔹Due to the end of Vlad Giurgea’s mandate (student at the Faculty of Law, whom we are thanking for his activity) another student mandate has been voted by CSUBB and validated by the Senate, namely Eduard Budoiu from the Faculty of Geography
🔷The approval of the Postgraduate program in Bio-Behavioral and Integrative Medicine
🔹The program will have the purpose of reuniting and coordinating the scientific and academic activities of the following domains: biology, chemistry, psychology, sociology, informatics, public health within the BBU School of Health

🔷A series of modifications and updates of the admission at Bachelor’s and Master’s programs regulation, the organization and unfolding of the final exams (BA and MA levels) regulation and the Methodology regarding the student projects have been approved
🔷The new components of the Biodiversity and Sustainable Development Commission and the Evaluation and Quality Assurance Commission have been approved
Other decisions included approvals or validations, such as the one of BBU’s operation plan for the 2022-2023 academic year, the establishment of a Academic Resources BBU Center in Sibiu or of the different statute modifications (coming from both professors and students), the approval of according the title of Professor Emeritus and the approval of new study programs.
